Booking terms and conditions

Below you will find the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry that apply in the event of cancellation. When a reservation is made for one or more individuals, the following applies to the cancellation of that reservation.

a. If cancelled more than 1 month before the time at which the first hospitality service is to be provided under the relevant hospitality agreement, the customer is not required to pay any compensation to the hospitality business.

b. If cancelled more than 14 days before the said time, the customer is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hospitality business.

c. If cancelled more than 7 days before the said time, the customer is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hospitality business.

d. If cancelled more than 3 days before the said time, the customer is required to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hospitality business.

e. If cancelled more than 24 hours before the said time, the customer is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hospitality business.

f. If cancelled 24 hours or less before the said time, the customer is required to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hospitality business.
